No. Marketplaces publish what they ban, but not how strictly they enforce it or the activity limits that trigger reviews. Preflagged catches what the written rules and known trademark cases make predictable. A clean result lowers your risk; it can't remove it.
From each marketplace's own policy pages where they're public, and from seller-guide summaries where the official page needs a seller login. Every finding links its source and marks summaries as such. Trademark warnings link the registration, court case or brand statement behind them.
No. The checks run in your browser and the text is never sent anywhere. The only things we store are reports you choose to send, with emails, links and phone numbers removed.
Every policy page behind the checks is re-read each week. When a rule changes, the matching check is updated and the change is dated.
